I think these characters are well-made!

<아따맘마>의 엄마
아따 맘마에서 나오는 메인 주인공인 엄마는 기존의 애니메이션에서 다루지 않았던 엄마를 주인공으로 내세워서 굉장히 독특하다. 아줌마들의 대표적인 파마머리와 풍만한 몸체 등 평범한 아줌마들의 외형과 성격을 가지고 조금은 오버러스하지만 공감가는 부분도 많아 이 캐릭터가 사랑받는 것 같다.
The main character of 아따맘마 is Mom.
It is very fresh because I have never seen an animation using mother as a main character.
She has that really strong perm hair and an ample body that we can see from our mothers in real life. Her funny actions(behaviors) and personality, actually a bit over acting, resembles with our mothers. This is the point why people like her.

<진주 귀걸이를 한 소녀>의 그리엣
진주 귀걸이 소녀를 처음 접한 것은 영화에서이다. 영화 를 너무나도 재미있게 본 나머지 책까지 구매하기도 했다. 그리엣은 작가가 만들어낸 상상의 인물이지만 그림 에서 풍겨지는 그 이미지와 너무나도 잘 어울리며 실제로 책속의 내용과 같은 삶을 산 것은 아닐까 생각하기 하기도 한다. 유럽 여행 당시 직접 그림을 못 본것이 한이 될 만큼 그리엣은 강한 흡수능력을 가지고 있는 것 같다.

Griet is one of my favorite characters. I first saw Griet from the movie . The movie moved me so much it made me to buy the original novel. I think lots of other people would have done the same thing. She is a imagination character which the writer have made-up. Her image in the movie matches well with the painting. It makes us believe that the story of her life in the movie might have been for real.

<정글은 언제나 하레와 구우>의 구우
그저 평범한 생활의 연장이였던 한 정글마을에 구우의 등장만으로도 이야기는 흥미진진해 진다. 이렇듯 이 캐릭터는 특이한 성격과 정체를 알 수 없는 괴기하고도 엽기적인 행동으로 전체 스토리의 흐름을 완전히 뒤엎는다. 이것이 이 캐릭터가 가지고 있는 가장 강력한 특징이라고 생각한다. 가끔 구우의 행동을 보면 우리가 어릴적 같는 환상등의 조합을 보여주는 것 같아 다시 어릴 적 추억에 빠질 수 있게 해주는 것 같다.
Because of Gu's appearance, the quiet and normal jungle village story gets exciting.
The expected stream of the story overturns with the character's unique and strange behavior.
I think this is the most powerful feature the character has.
And also I think Gu's behaviors are mixture of fantasies we had when we were kids.
It makes us to reminisce our childhood.
